HOW IT WORKS

eCommerce websites are planned and built around features, functionality, and customer journeys, rather than page count.

  • Discovery & planning
    We begin with a discovery call and questionnaire to confirm your products, product types, customer journey, and required features (such as payments, shipping, variations, or subscriptions).
    At this stage, we also confirm what product imagery is available.

  • Product content & imagery preparation
    You’ll normally supply basic product images for your products.
    We then apply consistent branding, styling, layout, and presentation so products look professional and cohesive across the site.

  • Build & configuration
    Your eCommerce website is designed and built over 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity, number of products, and required functionality.
    This includes shop setup, product templates, checkout flow, and key integrations.

  • Testing & review
    We test the full purchase journey, including cart, checkout, and payment flow, and carry out any agreed refinements before launch.

  • Launch & post-launch support
    Once live, you’ll receive 14–30 days of post-launch support (depending on package) to cover questions, minor tweaks, and confidence handover.

  • eCommerce packages are scoped around features and functionality, not page count

  • Product data (titles, pricing, descriptions, images, variations) is supplied by you unless otherwise agreed

  • We configure product templates and shop structure, but bulk product uploads may require additional setup

  • Third-party payment gateways, shipping tools, or subscriptions may carry their own fees

  • Website hosting, platform subscriptions, and paid apps are not included unless stated

  • Search foundations are included, but specific rankings, sales volume, or conversion outcomes cannot be guaranteed

  • Ongoing product management, stock updates, or promotions are not included, but can be added separately

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Payment & refunds

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your build slot and begin work

  • The remaining balance is due before your website goes live

  • All payment terms, cancellation rights, and refund conditions are outlined in our full Terms & Conditions

Your website is deliberately built to support this approach – but there’s no obligation to add anything else.
