Yes.

You can join at any point. Your support runs in clear monthly cycles from when you start – not the calendar month.

This keeps things flexible and avoids awkward timing if you join mid-month.

Do I choose the tasks each month?

No – and that’s intentional.

At the start of each month, we agree priorities together based on what will make the biggest difference for your business right now.

You don’t need to manage a task list or decide what’s “worth it” – that thinking is part of the service.

Can I change my support level?

Yes.

You can upgrade, downgrade or pause your support as your needs change.

Many businesses move between levels depending on workload, seasonality or budget.

What if I don’t need much one month?

That’s absolutely fine.

Some months are lighter than others. During quieter periods, we can focus on smaller improvements, housekeeping, visibility work or preparation for future activity.

There’s no pressure to “use everything”.

Is this a long-term contract?

Can this include advertising?

Yes.

Support can include Meta or Google Ads planning, setup and ongoing management if that’s a priority for the month.

Ad spend is always paid separately. The subscription covers strategy, setup and management only.

Ecommerce tasks such as product updates, rewrites, seasonal changes and conversion improvements can be included, depending on your support level.

Does this replace large website or SEO projects?

No.

This subscription is designed for ongoing improvement, consistency and momentum.

Larger rebuilds, rebrands or major SEO projects are scoped separately if needed – and we’ll always be clear about that upfront.
