  • Monthly cycles run from your start date
    This is not tied to the calendar month. Your support runs for a full month from the day you start.

    You can begin your subscription at any point – there’s no need to wait for the first of the month.

  • Capacity is used across the month
    Work is delivered steadily across your subscription period, not in a single burst.

  • Priorities are agreed together
    You don’t pre-book tasks. We agree what will make the biggest difference at the start of each month.

  • Unused capacity does not roll over
    If a month is quiet or paused, unused time isn’t carried forward.

  • Fully flexible
    You can upgrade, downgrade, pause for a month, or cancel between cycles.

  • No long-term contracts
    Stay for as long as the support is useful. Return when you need it again.

  • Clear boundaries
    Large rebuilds, rebrands, or major one-off projects are scoped separately if needed.

  • Work is logged for clarity and reference
    I use a simple internal timesheet to log work completed against the priorities we’ve agreed for the month.
